On The Menu: Grilled Cheese is all Melter Skelter at Meltkraft
A look at an artisanal grilled cheese from Meltkraft.
Meltkraft opened this week in Park Slope, and on Thursday we chose one of their seven artisan grilled cheese sandwiches to try.
The Dish: Melter Skelter Grilled Cheese ($8.95)
What's Inside: Valley Shepher Creamery 'Melter Skelter' three month Raclette style cheese, pickled green tomatoes, jalapeno, BBQ potato chips and watercress.
Extras: There is also a selection of extras you can add to your sandwich, including tomato (.85), bacon ($1.50) and truffle oil ($1.50). You can also choose to grill your sandwich in duck fat ($1.50) or bacon fat ($1.50).
