Methodist Files Expansion Plans with Board of Standards and Appeals

Hospital expansion would take four years of construction.

New York Methodist Hospital recently filed its expansion plans with the Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA).

According to the application, construction would last for four years and span 500,000 square-feet of space with over 300 workers.

This Center for Community Health would be seven stories tall (152 feet above curb level) and would contain an ambulatory surgery center, endoscopy suite, NYM cancer center and diagnostic radiology services and more. Construction would also include over 1,000 parking spaces.
