Park Slope Food Coop will hold it's 4th annual Band Night at Freddy's

Led by William Duke on Dulcimer, with Guitar, Mandolin, Fiddle, Ukelele and Bass players, doing a blend of bluegrass, folk and old time music - other players and singers welcome to join in.



8pm - Windsor Terrors

If
there is a recipe for making great music, DISBAND does not know it.
They throw the eggshells in with the yolk and albumen, they pour
turpentine into that bowl, they mix it with sadness and sweetness, bake
it in the oven at a thousand degrees, sear it, broil it, chill it,
re-heat it, and serve it up to audiences with toothpicks stuck through
saran wrap for ease and convenience. When they are done the kitchen is a
mess, and they like it that way.

Guess & Check formed in 2011 with the husband and wife songwriting
team of Maya and Jay and their friend Shayna (co-op member) on bass. 
They have produced countless notes and words since then, with Barry
Ickow joining on drums in 2012.  They put out an EP in late 2011, with
their first full-length due later this year.
