This hands on introduction to the Alexander Technique will teach you how to improve your alignment and posture by letting go rather than holding yourself in positions. You will learn to release tension and experience greater ease in all your activities. Years of unconscious habits like slumping, tense neck and holding ourselves tight result in stress, pain, fatigue, shortness of breath and other health issues. By recognizing our habits and learning to let go, we regain the ability to move naturally, freely, and painlessly through daily activities. This class is useful for every body from computer users to performing artists.
