Efficient Fitness: All You Really Need to Know to Get Fit and Stay That Way in Less Than Two Hours per Week

Have you ever had that feeling like you want to workout or at least
do some sort of exercise but you don't think you have enough time and
you're not quite sure what to do when you start? I certainly have.
Bringing together years of study, research, and fine tuning in both my
personal workouts and with clients, I want to share my solution.

In this fast-paced interactive seminar, I'll walk you through

- What are the most important exercises and why
- Structuring workouts for maximum effectiveness and efficiency
- Alligning your actions to your goals
- Unconventional options for working out outside the gym or at home
- Integrating various exercise programs and activities
