Forty Weight Cafe

Forty Weight Cafe seeks to provide the best coffees around, all while being ethical and responsible about it, creating open and honest communication between farmers, roasters and customers. The cafe is the flagship location of its Ithaca-based parent company, Forty Weight Coffee Roasters. It shares a space with Sweet Wolf Restaurant. Forty Weight's small, family-run farms provide it access to rare and, in their words, "ridiculous" coffees from around the world that are roasted in small batches and sold at optimal freshness.
