Inspired by Southern cuisine, Elberta Restaurant and Bar is in a 19th-century building between Park Slope and Prospect Heights. Robert Calino is the restaurant's executive chef. He has worked in Vince Restaurant in Delray Beach Florida, Nick's Italian Fishery in Boca Raton Florida, Café Grazia in Light House Point Florida and Cherrystones on the Water in Pompano Beach Florida. Menu items include stuffed pork chops, lobster mac and cheese, churasco steak and shrimp and grits.
