Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Located in Park Slope, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden has grown from an ash dump in the late nineteenth century to a rich urban garden and horticultural center. The Botanic Garden offers residents and visitors tours, exhibits, events and the opportunity to stroll the grounds. The Garden’s staff is an educational resource that offers school visits, adult education, classes, workshops and certificate opportunities.
