Yoga & Meditation for Stress Management

This 3 week series incorporates the basic fundamentals of yoga asana and mindfulness meditation from the Vipassana tradition. Each class will include slow flow vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga postures and ease into a period of seated meditation practice. We will learn basic breathing and focusing techniques that aid in calming and focusing the mind that can easily be practiced at home. A strong emphasis will be placed on incorporating these practices into our day-to-day lives, as this is where the most potent teachings and opportunities to reduce our overall stress levels often occur.
