The pelvis and hips give us balance and stability. Energetically, they house our creativity and sexuality.

Sitting in office chairs, slouching on sofas, jogging, and habitual gripping of our hip flexors are only a few causes of tight hips. Over time, discomfort may spread to the low back, knees, or ankles. When the hips are open, we feel more grounded and have an open pathway to our gut intuition.In this workshop we will explore ways to safely unlock the hips and release tension in the connective tissue and muscles surrounding this joint. You will leave walking taller and feeling free!
