Meditation on the New Year
Before we rush into the New Year, let's take some time to be in the moment, to be quiet, and see what arises.
Please come prepare to sit quietly for a good part of the morning. You can bring a pillow and to share the quiet, music, and some musings with others.
Bring a healthy food snack/dish that can be shared by four people and a can of food such as soup or tuna, for the Gethsemane Food Pantry.
