Food Class: Textures and Tastes of Thailand
Learn how to make yummy Thai streetfoods, that are different than those found in the restaurants here. The menu includes spicy salad, sticky rice, a Thai beverage and creamy Thai dessert. This is not a vegan class: Fish sauce and eggs will be used.
This class is taught by Pirco Wolfframm, a Park Slope Food Coop member who lived and worked in Bangkok, Thailand. A coop event, this is open to non-members.
