This series of classes comes out of a desire to practice the skills of sustainable living. As we confront climate change, peak oil, and a devestating economic recession, we want to learn and teach methods that allow us to live closer to the earth, eat locally, and create community.
Everyone who attends will get a jar of something to bring home.
We eat what we can, and we can what we can't!
