Led by Wil Edwards, editor of Food Society Journal and “FSJ Social Director”, our programs will enlighten and inform our guests about the many facets of cheese and its complimentary pairings. We will close the doors at 9:00 pm and give you a firsthand tour of the cheese counter, then, on to our refined tasting program for the evening. We look forward to seeing you.

Aug 3: The Cheese Shop Price: $75
A program dedicated to cheese novices and lovers alike. Learn all the what, where and whys of cheese by exploring the ancient cheese craft and it’s multitude of flavors, textures and styles. The mysteries of cheese will be exposed for your palette and pleasure alike.
Aug 17: Ruminate On It Price: $75
Cow, goat, sheep and buffalo milk? Every milk has inherent characteristic and the cheese maker hopes to bring out its finest qualities in their cheese. We will taste and discuss the differences between milk styles and how cultural connections play a role in a variety of cheeses we love to devour.
Aug 31: Chewing the Fat Price: $75
An evening of pure decadence pairing charcuterie and cheese. Our cheese and charcuterie selections will reveal how the centuries–old preservation methods of milk and meat can be beautifully balanced to tickle the taste buds with sweetness and salinity. We’ll get to the meat of the matter.
Sept 14 : Cheese and Brew Price: $75
Rockin’ cheeses paired with sensational suds. How can we go wrong? It’s not just an excuse to drink beer and eat cheese, well maybe, but there will be a method to our madness. Every cheese and beer has a balance of flavors and finding the “perfect” match will be our job for the evening. Tough job but someone has to do it.
