Mental Health GPS: Guiding Parents Through Services is a new initiative from UJA-Federation of New York that offers free, confidential consultations to parents who are concerned about their child’s emotional well-being. You can speak with a mental health professional about where to get the best care for your child, adolescent or young adult.

For more information, please contact Karin Spitzer, LCSW, at Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services at 212-632-4668 or kspitzer@jbfcs.org.
