The space is available for $145 a month, every Tuesday or Sunday of the month from 7 p.m. on, or for $290 a month for both every Tuesday and every Sunday of the month.
Instruments and equipment available for use include a shared PA, a house drum kit, a Marshall JCM 800, a Fender Twin Reverb and a bass amp.
A smoking lounge with a beer machine is also available for use. The rooms are air conditioned during warm months and heated at chillier times.
Other offerings include "separate bathrooms for the ladies and the gents - yes, very fancy," the listing notes.
