Councilmember Stephen Levin talks to Patch about the potential local impacts of a government default on the national debt.

It's now less than a week before the congress must past legislation to head-off the nation's first-ever default, and still neither the house nor the senate have begun to forge a clear path that would save the country from a nation-wide financial catastophy.
