The American Lawyer magazine as one of the top rated attorneys nationally in construction for 2012.

Petrini founded Petrini & Associates, P.C. in 2004 and has served as Town Counsel to the Town of Framingham since 2001.
The law firm is currently Town Counsel for the Towns of Framingham, Medway, Sherborn and West Brookfield, and represents various other cities and
towns as special counsel in public construction litigation and other litigation matters.
Petrini is a graduate of Duke University School of Law with High Honors. He is co-chair of the Construction Law Committee of the Civil Litigation Section of Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association and a member and past President of the Massachusetts City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association. He is a member of the International Municipal Lawyers Association and
the Massachusetts Bar Association. Petrini frequently publishes and lectures in areas of his professional expertise.
Peter L. Mello and Christopher L. Brown have each been selected for inclusion

Mello focuses his practice on land use and zoning, municipal law, construction law, school law and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Petrini & Associates, P.C., Mr. Mello was an associate with the Boston law firm of Kopelman and Paige, P.C., where he practiced civil litigation in cases pending in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. While at Boston University School of Law, Mr. Mello served as a staff editor of the American Journal of Law and Medicine. He is a member of the
Massachusetts City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association, for which he also serves as a staff editor for the Association’s Municipal Law Quarterly publication. This is Mello’s first
selection to the Massachusetts Rising Stars list.
Brown joined Petrini & Associates, P.C. in 2010 after practicing civil litigation in state and federal courts for several years with a small defense firm in Boston. He focuses his practice on general civil litigation, municipal law, labor and employment law. He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. Prior to his legal career, Brown served in the United States Army as a field artillery officer. He is a member of the Massachusetts City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Brown
was previously selected for inclusion in the Massachusetts Rising Star list in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
