Police Seeking Man in Subway Forcible Touching Incident
Suspect rubbed up against woman on Brooklyn 4 train.
Police in Brooklyn are looking for the man pictured above in a forcible touching assault that took place on a 4 train at the Atlantic Avenue station earlier this month.
According to police, a 22-year-old woman was riding the train from the Atlantic Avenue station when the suspect approached her and rubbed his penis against her.
The victim was able to use her camera phone to take a photo of the man, who fled the train when it stopped at Franklin Avenue.
He is described as 5'10" and around 250 pounds.
