Man Shot in Leg on President Street in Stable Condition

Police said that the man was transported to Lutheran on Sunday night.

A man was shot in the leg on President Street late Sunday night, police said.

An NYPD spokesman said that the man, who was shot at around 8:36 p.m. on Aug. 5, was taken to the Lutheran Medical Center from the scene between Third Avenue and Nevins Street.

Police did not yet have an age of the victim.
