Man in Critical Condition After Jumping in Front of 4th Ave. R Train

A man jumped in front of the southbound R train Sunday morning.

A man who jumped in front of the southbound R train at the 4th Avenue-9th Street subway station on Sunday morning has been hospitalized in critical condition, police said.

The man, who has not yet been identified, leapt in front of the moving train around 11:25 a.m. He was transported to Methodist Hospital with severe injuries to his legs.

What is going on with all these Train jumping and pushing I think they just got their paycheck and saw how much more the govt is taking from us between the social security increase of more than three percent and this new tax ugh!

This sounds like a job for the 7 On Your Side, or NY1 who may be able to reach NYCDOT and Higher Ranking officials at the 78th PCT to respond to your complaint and do something.
