Franchezka's unisex destroyed my hair.

Franchezka's unisex located at 500 5th ave park slope brooklyn destroyed my hair.I went Franchezka's to have my dyed hair similar Khloe Kardashian's hair.I showed her pictures as well as carefully explained. She said she can do it.Six hours later my hair was complete. My hair looked terrible but it has past closing time so I left and return the following day when she open.I showed her how bad it was and told her it needs to be fixed.she started arguing how beautiful it was.I explained to her several times this is nothing like I wanted. I was very unhappy so she said she will fix it for free.Half way through fixing it she informed me it's to messed up to fix .I told her to do her best.2 hours later she was done.It still looks bad but better then it was.After I told her I'm still not happy but it will have to do she charged me $40 for the "free" fix.I reminded her I had already paid $250 to have it done. She whould not take no for an answer. I reluctantly handed her my debit card when she said "I'm not taking that I don't want to pay tax cash only".I was forced to pay $250 (plus $50 tip) for my hair destroyed beyond repair.
