Celebrate New Year's Eve in Park Slope

A few places to celebrate New Year's Eve in and around Park Slope.

There are plenty of great ways to ring in the new year right here in Park Slope. Here is a list of what a few local restaurants and bars are planning.

Terroir Wine Bar (284 5th Ave.), $100

The Park Slope wine bar sending off 2013 with a 1980's prom night. Wear your retro gear, enjoy 80's trivia and capture the memories in a free photo booth. King and Queen of the night take home a price. Cost includes food and drinks.

Union Hall (702 Union St.), $5 Cover

Check out the Karaoke Killed the Cat New Year's Eve Spectacular at Union Hall kicking off at 10 p.m. with Hustle and Cuss spinning until the new year.

Grand Prospect Hall (262 Prospect Ave.), $175

Ring in the new year in the Victorian ballroom with D.J. Music, the Prospect Follies Dance Troupe, a light show, open bar, cocktail reception, buffet, five course dinner and of course noise makers, hats and party favors.

Grand Army Plaza

Start the celebrations off around 11 p.m. with entertainment and hot refreshments. View fireworks anywhere in Grand Army Plaza, inside the Park on the West Drive and along Prospect Park West between Grand Army Plaza and 9th Street.
