Obsolete Cinema Horror Show

If it ain't the undertaker breeding dwarf zombies, it's the gateway to Hell in the backyard, am I right?

This Halloween, we're getting evil with a pair of horror greats: "The Gate" (1987) features a young Stephen Dorff and friends as they unwittingly open the door to the underworld in suburbia (where else?). Then, "Phantasm" (1979) is the grassroots original that kicked off Don Coscarelli's surreal quadrilogy about the Tall Man (Angus Scrimm), whose mausoleum is also a passageway to another world of flying drill spheres and a whole lotta nightmare logic.

It's a drop dead horror show, the reason for the season, and Obsolete Cinema's high holiday. Complete with happy hour drinks, food, and the creepy costume of your choice.
