Feldenkrais: Awareness Through Movement

Taught by Dan Rindler, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner this class will teach you gentle, unique movement lessons to help you feel better now, and to address the underlying causes of chronic tension or pain. Feldenkrais uses slow, almost meditative movement, most often lying down on a mat but occasionally in a chair or other position, to help us tune in to our bodies and how they move on a subtle level. The method will help you let go of chronic muscular holding, and to learn more efficient and comfortable ways to move.  This class can be helpful to address a wide range of issues, from those wanting to improve posture to those with neurological issues.
