New Year's Day Yoga for Peace

108 Sun Salutations!

Please Join The Fifth Line for our annual practice of 108 Sun Salutations on New Year's Day. Typically performed during the change of seasons on the Summer and Winter solstice, we have added the practice of 108 Sun Salutations on the New Year of our cultural calender. New Year's Day is a time for thoughtful reflection on what has happened during the past year and what may come to pass in the next. It is a time to reset and renew and to ground our intentions for the year to come. We practice 108 Sun Salutations on New Year's Day as an offering of peace and to remind us of our desire to go forth with conscious action of body and mind. We hope you will join us this year!
