Bundle of Bliss is a fun four-week program, in which you will learn gentle and loving baby massage techniques that have many benefits for both you and your baby. Parents often find that regular massage helps their babies sleep better, relieve them of gas/constipation, fuss less, and gain more weight.
Private group classes can be arranged for pre-existing mom/parent groups of 6 participants or more. If desired, classes can be taught in your home, or in the lounge of your building.

Regular Classes are held at Birth Day Presence (182 8th Ave) on Tuesdays, 11am-12pm.
