PS 107 is incredibly proud to welcome Alice Waters to Brooklyn! The restauranteur, cookbook author and activist who pioneered the local and organic food movement and founded the Edible Schoolyard will lead a Q & A about how to start a garden, getting children to eat healthy, the environment, etc.
Tickets are $65 and each ticket includes an autographed copy of her new cookbook: The Art of Simple Food II: Recipes, Flavor, and inspiration from the New Kitchen Garden. Each transaction includes a flat $1.50 processing fee.
