Weekend Rails in Park Slope, March 23 to 24

Here's your weekly dose of weekend subway service changes.

You can expect only a bunch of service changes that will affect your trip into, around, and out of Park Slope this weekend. Make sure you get the scoop on the MTA’s planned service changes before you leave the house Saturday morning:

  • The and G train will skip Smith-9th St. all times until late April 2013.
  • Coney Island-bound F trains skip 23rd St and 14th St.
  • Coney Island-bound F trains skip 23rd St and 14th St.
  • Manhattan-bound A and C trains run via the F from Jay St-MetroTech to West 4th St. Euclid Av-bound C trains run express from Hoyt-Schermerhorn to Utica Av.
  • Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Kings Hwy. Q train service is extended to Ditmars Blvd.
  • Coney Island-bound N trains skip 28th St, 23rd St, 8th St and Prince St.
  • Bay Ridge-bound R trains skip 28th St, 23rd St, 8th St and Prince St.
  • Bronx-bound 5 and 4 trains run local from Brooklyn Bridge to Grand Central-42nd St. Brooklyn-bound 4 trains skip 116th, 110th, 103rd, 96th, 77th, 68th and 51st Sts. 
  • 2 and 3 trains run local in both directions between 34 St-Penn Station and Chambers St. No 2 trains between 3rd Av-149th St and 135th St. No 1 trains between 14th St and South Ferry. Downtown 1 trains skip 28th St, 23rd St and 18th St.
