Stop by Brooklyn Academy of Music for Unbound: A Literary Series with Greenlight Bookstore and BAM. BAM and Greenlight Bookstore present you conversations with three acclaimed authors: Andrew Zolli, Orhan Pamuk and Gary Shteyngart in the new series Unbound.

Wednesday

Come for a scary evening of music, comedy and Halloween chills and thrills at The Bell House for the event How Was Your Week? LIVE! With Julie Klausner and Ted Leo.

Thursday

Check out the Art of the Coney Island Hysterical Society, by Richard Eagan and Philomena Marano at 440 Gallery, 440 6th Ave.

Friday

Elsewehre, playing at Brooklyn Academy of Music, is a cello opera by Maya Beiser that depicts a pair of women. One is a Henry Michaux heroine, the other, Lot’s wife. Dancers and song will also be incorporated into this composition.
