Citizens young and old, volunteers from various organizations, elected officials and members of the New York Police Department came together Tuesday evening in Grand Army Plaza to celebrate National Night Out.
The festivities began at 6 p.m. and are expected to continue through the evening, with music, games, carnival-type treats and more to keep all entertained.
