Black Friday Brunch at Talde, Thistle Hill and Pork Slope

The restaurant triumvirate will serve brunch on Friday, Nov. 23.

 

Need to get out of the house after Thanksgiving? Have some brunch one day early at one of chef Dale Talde’s three restaurants.

Talde, Thistle Hill Tavern and Pork Slope— all owned by triumvirate Dale Talde, John Bush and David Massoni— will be serving up their weekend brunch for Black Friday.

At Talde, brunch will start at 11 a.m. and run through 3 p.m. If you go here, get Dale’s breakfast ramen and enjoy buttered toast broth, honey-glazed bacon, six-minute egg.

At Thistle Hill Tavern, brunch runs from 11 a.m. through 4 p.m. If you go here, where Talde just became partner and curated a new menu, order “Breakfast” and get heritage acres bacon, ricotta-herb pancake, farm fresh egg, green wind farms VT maple syrup.

Pork Slope’s kitchen will open at 12 p.m. and won’t stop cooking until 2 a.m. Come here if you’re looking for St. Louis ribs, brisket, pulled pork and many more types of meat.
