5 Things: March Across Red Hook For LICH

What you need to know, pre-coffee.

1. Laugh a little. Tonight is your last chance to catch Somebody Up There Likes Me, a "deadpan comedic fable" playing at BAM for a one-week run! The film is a mix of supernatural and sardonic humor featuring the talents of Parks and Recreation’s Nick Offerman, Megan Mullaly, Andrew Bujalski, Alex Ross Perry, Kate Lyn Sheil, and other surprises. BAMCinematek, 4:30 p.m. $13

2. Get lucky. Four words: Park Slope Bingo Club. You heard us! For a $5 Bingo pack, you can score a chance to win prizes, drinks, show tickets and cold hard cash. Union Hall, 702 Union St. 8 p.m. $5 to play, free to hang.

3. Pony up. If you didn't register already for a chance to receive free general admission tickets to this year's GoogaMooga food and music festival in Prospect Park, that ship has sailed. There are still paid ticket options available, however, for both the Friday kickoff concert and the Sunday VIP Cocktail Experience (Saturday's VIP seats are sold out). Click here to learn more.

4. Walk the walk. Earlier this week a Brooklyn judge slapped a restraining order on SUNY Downstate, preventing it from moving forward with its plans to close Long Island College Hospital until a more thorough hearing can be held in May. In the meantime, the New York State Nurses Association are marching in solidarity with members of the community across Red Hook this weekend. Join them on Sunday, April 7 at 1 p.m. Location details listed in the attached flier.

5. Move your car. Alternate side parking rules are back in effect today.
