Photo of the Day: Fire in the Sky in Park Slope

Thursday's sunset at 4:42 p.m. threw red, orange and pink hues throughout the sky.

The sky looked as if it was on fire Thursday night, thanks to a beautiful sunset.

Although the featured photo was edited using the iPhone application Instagram, even the original (look at the second picture) picture shows an infernal atmosphere.
