Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Opens Tonight at 5!

The BBQ chain will finally open its door on Union Street, between Third and Fourth avenues.

It’s been a long, long wait, but tonight the waiting ends and the finger-licking begins: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que will open its doors at 5 p.m. on Union Street.

The ‘cue joint chain, with its other location in Harlem, will be the fourth BBQ restaurant to open in the neighborhood, including Fort Reno, Pork Slope and Fletcher’s Brooklyn Barbecue.

Dinosaur, inside an old Gowanus warehouse, will be serving brisket sandwiches, pork ribs and their huge chicken wings. You can also get “Breakfast All Day,” which includes a sunny side egg on top of smoked brisket and poblano hash for $13.95.

So, beat hump day with some Brooklyn-brewed beers (they’ll be serving Kelso and Brooklyn Brewery) and in Dino BBQ’s own words, some “finger-lickin’ barbecue.”
