With Halloween just around the corner, Park Slopers are decorating their homes with spider webs, ghouls, ghosts and skeletons.
One home near Prospect Park had a lone decoration in their yard, a skull on a stick, which looks like a Jeffrey Dahmer-like victim trophy.
