Airplanes soar above Park Slope everyday.
The iron birds glide through the skies with a powerful noise and local windows even shake because of the flight pattern’s frequency. And one time, Dec. 16, 1960 during a terrible disaster, a plane crashed down from above on Seventh Avenue and 128 people died.
But on this day, a plane looked serene in the gloomy clouds above the neighborhood.
