Oscar-Nominated Films Playing at The Pavilion

Django Unchained, Silver Linings Playbook, Les Miserables and other movies are showing in the neighborhood, in case you want to catch up ahead of the Academy Awards.

The 2013 Oscar nominations have been released and if you haven't made it out to see some of the movies up for the top awards, there is still time.

Among the movies competing for best picture: "Silver Linings Playbook", "Django Unchained", "Zero Dark Thirty", "Lincoln" and "Les Miserables." Three of them, “Lincoln”, “Django” and “Les Miserables” are playing at The Pavilion on Prospect Park West.

Of those, BAM Rose Cinemas is offering “Argo”, "Django Unchained" and "Les Miserables."

Also up for Best Picture:

  • "Life of Pi"
  • "Amour"
  • "Argo"
  • "Beasts of the Southern Wild"

If you want to go to see the other flicks, go to either UA Court Street Stadium 12 & RPX or the Cobble Hill Cinemas.

This sounds like a job for the 7 On Your Side, or NY1 who may be able to reach NYCDOT and Higher Ranking officials at the 78th PCT to respond to your complaint and do something.
