John Turturro to Guest Host WNYC's "The Leonard Lopate Show" and Interview Spike Lee

On Friday, Aug. 10, the actor and Park Slope resident, John Turturro will interview his friend and director Spike Lee.

Make sure you tune in to 93.9 FM today, Friday, Aug. 10 at noon for your neighbor will be guest hosting.

John Turturro will take the microphone for WNYC's "The Leonard Lopate Show” — New York City’s award-winning arts and culture program — while its eponymous host is on vacation.

Turturro, who was in Spike Lee’s films Do The Right Thing, Mo’ Better Blues and Jungle Fever, will welcome the director to discuss Lee’s career, including his latest film Red Hook Summer, which also opens in theaters on Friday, Aug. 10., Brooklyn and, of course, the Knicks.
