New York based photographer and painter Jaimee Todd is excited to announce that she will have her first photography solo exhibition this summer entitled, Visions of New York. This one night event will take place on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Brooklyn Artists Gym in Gowanus, Brooklyn, from 7:30 pm – 11:30 pm.
Visions of New York is a celebration of Jaimee Todd’s love for New York that is seen through vibrant street photography that breathes life into the buildings, neighborhoods and people of the city. Her work captures the little nuances and subtleties that make New York so unique. Through her use of color and composition, her background as a painter is an obvious influence on her photography.
