Meet Me in Norway / Elisa Loveile

Meet Me In Norway met through their church band. They started playing coffee shops around Williamsburg and decided to record some demos. Faithful, humble and excited they welcome and cherish the future!

Classical opera singer turned jazz rock songstress, Elisa Lovelie has always had a taste for blending musical genres. Whether she’s fronting her blues rock band (Elisa Lovelie & The Device,) or dazzling audiences with stripped acoustic sets featuring her original songs backed only by virtuosic cellist Brian Sanders, the lush textures of lead electric player Ben Chuchinsky and awe-inspiring classical/rock guitarist and banjo player Nick Throop; every show holds a little surprise. A love of vaudvillian cabaret and a flair for theatrics have become her live performance trade marks; after all, one never knows when Miss Lovelie will forsake her guitar mid-song in favor of a little belly dancing, or throw in a classical interpretation of a rock standard.
