Kids' Musical by Tony nominated director, "Jewish Books Cooking"

Join CBE on Sunday, June 10th at 11am in the Congregation Beth Elohim Sanctuary for a special presentation of Jewish Books Cooking. This new musical is based on Jewish-themed children’s books, created and directed by Tony nominated, Obie Award-winning composer and author, Elizabeth Swados. This production peppers theatrical interpretations of each story with newly composed music and arrangements. Applying a Jewish storytelling twist to her renowned Books Cook!  Ms. Swados aims the new production to young children and families who treasure the power of the book to link generations and free minds, young and old, to wander and imagine.
