Bright Brown: Vinyl Release & Benefit Show

Proceeds from this show will go to benefit the building of the Public School 32 Organic Garden.

Overcoming the adversity of Brooklyn's summer, Bright Brown's highly anticipated second release, "Oceans", was entirely conceived and recorded in their basement studio between flooding episodes brought on by torrential rain, a freak tornado, and an apocalyptic hailstorm. The record surfaced as a test of patience and a celebration of all of life's unknowns.

Deli Magazine praised Bright Brown, declaring that the album's "sounds range from sparse and repetitive like a piece for avant-garde dance to expansive and melodic like the theme from a western where everyone dies in the same pool of blood. Fans of Brian Eno, Nick Drake, and John Cale should check these guys out."
