When it Rains, Prospect Park Floods!
This area, off Prospect Park West and Third Street, has been under water for two days.
Areas in Prospect Park have been flooded for at least two days. Big stagnant pools spread over the pathways and almost submerge benches in the after-hours (and even days) of heavy rains.
