This weekend, some neighborhood trains are affected by service changes. Make sure you know how your train is running. Here’s the scoop on everything you’re looking at on the local subways this weekend:
- The Flatbush Ave-bound 2 trains, New Lots Ave-bound 3 trains and 4 trains skip Bergen Street and Grand Army Plaza. For service to these stations take the 2 or 3 train to Franklin and take a Manhattan-bound train. Remember there are no 3 trains running at night, so take the 4 train. For New Lots Ave or Flatbush Ave-bound trains from these stations, take a 2, 3 or 4 train to Atlantic and transfer to a Brooklyn-bound one.
- The F train will not be running from Jay Street-Metro Tech to 18th Ave. Free shuttle buses will stop at Bergen St, Carroll St, Smith-9 St, 7 Ave, 15 St-Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton Parkway. If you are traveling between Jay St and 4 Ave, take the R train.
- No G train between Hoyt-Schermerhorn streets and Church Ave. Take the free shuttle bus for service.
