They’ve never done it before.
With a test run last weekend, the triumvirate (owners David Massoni, Dale Talde and John Bush) opened their doors and just let people wonder in, this weekend, on Seventh Avenue is serving brunch for the first time.
This weekend is officially first brunch served at the restaurant, which and never served brunch before now. The menu is pretty wild, with items on the menu like the sausage, egg, cheese fried rice, everything bagel spring rolls, bacon Pad Tai and Korean chicken and waffles.
But you can’t forget about drinks. John Bush, the mixologist, has made some new cocktails, like a big or little bloody Mary, a “Very Excellent Bellini” made with mango, passion fruit, raspberry, pineapple and orange juices and prosecco, and a Perilla Leaf Mojito with Denizen white rum, fresh watermelon juice, Triple Sec, fresh lime and fresh lemon.
The hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and just like dinner they don’t take any reservations, except for parties of six or more.
Enjoy! Let us know how the brunch is, tell us in the comments.
