Tourism company highlighting Park Slope in January.

NYC & Company continues its 'Neighborhood X Neighborhood' campaign in 2014 starting off in Park Slope this month.

According to NYC & Company, the program aims to increase exploration of areas outside traditional tourist locations across the five boroughs.

"Park Slope is home to a diverse group of cultural organizations that provide visitors with exciting family-friendly programming all year round," Cultural Affairs Deputy Commissioner Margaret Morton said in a statement. "From music and dance performances to a puppet theater and colonial history museum, we encourage all New Yorkers to take advantage of this community's wealth of creative offerings."

The group highlights the Brooklyn Arts Exchange, Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, Old Stone House, Prospect Park, LeFrak Center at Lakeside and Puppetworks as some of the main attractions in Park Slope. Along with these attractions many restaurants, clubs, bars and retailers are featured in the campaign which can be found here.
