Why Go: Drink up in the company of the quirky musical trio of Brian Drye on piano; Ari Folman-Cohen on bass; Oscar Noriega on drums, and a rotating cast of surprise guests.

Where/When: Green-Wood Cemetery, 25th Street and Fifth Avenue, Saturday, 1 p.m.

Why Go: Come and catch the screening of “The radiant Child,” the new documentary about the New York City artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, who is buried at Green-Wood. After the screening stay for wine, cheese and a Q&A with Suzanne Malouk, artist, psychiatrist and Basquiat’s former girlfriend and Michael Harmon, co-founder of Basquiat’s 1980s industrial noise band, “Gray.” Then visit Basquiat’s grave.

Cost: $25 donation

Where/When: , 200 Eastern Parkway, Saturday, 5 p.m.

Why Go: Enjoy free admission for all ages. Enjoy art, music, performance and film. Two Brooklyn-based groups, Navegante and NinjaSonik, will play merge pop, punk, electro, hip-hop and Latin, Kanene Holder will present her one woman show: 400 Years of GRRRRRR, a dance party fueled by DJ Rich Medina will be on the wheels of steel playing a Flea Kuti tribute and Sanford Biggers will talk about his exhibit Sweet Funk-An Introspective.

Cost: Free!

Where/When: , 125 Fifth Avenue, Saturday, 10 p.m.

Why Go: Check out The Rub, a hip-hop party held each first Saturday of every month, which has been recognized as the best club night in NYC for the last seven years by The Village Voice, The New York Press and The New York Times. Come enjoy great music and affordable drinks with celebrity DJs and Brooklynites who know how to party!

Cost: $10

Where/When: Lincoln Road and Ocean Avenue, Sunday, 10 a.m.

Why Go: This is the perfect time of year to observe chickadees and titmice and early winter birds like Northern Shovelers and Dark-eyed Juncos. The walk is led by the Brooklyn Bird Club, meet at the Audubon Center.
