Why Go: Come hear (and celebrate their one-year anniversary). The group is composed of three musicians from all over the world: Ron Jackson, guitarist from the US, Norbert Marius, bassist from Hungary and Hiroyuki Matsuura, drummer and percussionist from Japan.

Why Go: Chanda Rule is a versatile singer and has performed in Hair: The Musical and Shakespeare in the Park, played jazz sets at Birdland and the Jazz Standard and more. Her voice is a mix of new-jazz, gospel and soul.

Why Go: Join Picada Y Vino Wine Shop for their weekly wine tasting every from 4pm to 7pm. It is Free and tasty!

Why Go: Have you ever explored Prospect Park’s 585 acres at night? The Prospect Park Moonlight Ride is open to bikers and skilled skaters. Each month, on the second Saturday, cyclists gather at Grand Army Plaza and embark on a ride to visit the little-known treasures the park has to offer. Just make sure to bring your two-wheeler with lights!

This sounds like a job for the 7 On Your Side, or NY1 who may be able to reach NYCDOT and Higher Ranking officials at the 78th PCT to respond to your complaint and do something.
