Why Go: King Stork, a four-piece band from New York, has surfy vibes, twangy guitar riffs and spaced-out psychedelic tones with a post-punk influence.

Why Go: Bob Jones, Park Slope's resident guitar man, returns to play folk, country and the American Songbook with a pinch of rockabilly and rock 'n' roll thrown in for good measure. Jones will be joined on stage with his sister Casey, his wife Ellen, daughter Hannah and his adopted family, musicians Kenny Kosek and Jon Sholle, plus other special guests.

Cost: $15

Where/When: 5th Ave & 4th St, Saturday at 9 a.m.

Why Go: Bring your used electronics to get recycled properly. What can you bring? Working and non-working equipment: like computer, monitors, printers, scanners, fax machines, keyboards, mice, tablets and E-readers, TVs, VCRs, DVRs, DVD Players

, audio-visual equipment, 
cell phones and more.

Where/When: , 145 Brooklyn Ave, Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Why Go: The hunt is happening! All ages are invited to hunt eggs at the Brooklyn Children's Museum (9:30 a.m., 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.). There will be prizes, treats and golden tickets. After the hunt, join us in a private craft area for family fun, and remember to bring your own basket!

Cost: $5 for member and $14 for nonmembers

Where/When: , 227 4th Ave, Sunday at 12 p.m.

Why Go: Brooklyn Bark, in conjunction with BluePearl, will be offering a course in first aid and CPR for pets at the Brooklyn Mutt Show. Learn how to treat bites, lacerations, hypothermia, hyperthermia, fractures and seizures.

Where/When: Park Slope Farmers Market, 5th Ave & 4th St, Sunday at 11 a.m.

Why Go: Come and do your grocery shopping! The vendors will include: Fork and Glass, American Pride Seafood, Bombay Emerald Chutney Company, Bread Alone, Brooklyn Cured, Dr. Pickle, Breezy Hill Orchards, Feather Ridge Farm, Hudson Valley Duck, Jersey Farm Produce, Migliorelli Farm, Mortgage Apple Cakes, The Pastures, Raaka Chocolate, Tierra Farm, YisRoyal, Flour City Pasta, Barry’s Tempeh, and Calcutta Kitchens.
